Refund Policy

FEES AND REFUND POLICY

Preschool tuitions are based on the entire nine month school year. For convenience tuitions are broken down into the same fee monthly for nine months, beginning in September and ending in May. Tuition fees are the same each month regardless of number of program days or holidays for each month.

If a child is withdrawn from the preschool during the school year, tuition refunds will be prorated in accordance with the percentage of time the child attends the program during the final month. Tuition refund checks will be mailed within 30 days of the child’s final day of attendance.

Registration fees paid are nonrefundable. The Tiny Tim Center therapy fees are regulated by the terms our contractual agreements with each insurance provider. Any over payment for services will be refunded by check and mailed within 30 days of notification of overpayment.

All other refund request must be submitted in writing to the Executive Director for consideration and will be reviewed on an individual basis. All appropriate refunds will be issued and mailed within 30 days of the receipt of the written refund request.
