• Evaluations: $165
• Treatment sessions are billed in 15-minute increments
• 30-minute treatment session for $50
• 45-minute treatment session for $75
• 60-minute treatment session for $100

Billing
Insurance: We check insurance benefits for clients requesting therapeutic services. We have relationships with several insurance companies, including Aetna, United Health Care, Cigna, and Medicaid.

Other funding: We contract with Community Center Boards (Part C) in Boulder and Weld counties, which frequently assist families financially if their child qualifies for therapeutic intervention.

We have a limited amount of grant funding set up as a scholarship program for clients who are either underinsured or who have no insurance benefits. These funds are available to all clients, with the co-pay amount based on family income and availability.

Payment: Co-payments are due within five days of treatment. Credit card information can be kept on file.
