During the 2010 - 2011 school year the following fees will be charged to children without special needs:
- $65 Registration Fee (non-refundable)
- $154 per month for 2 half days
- $294 per month for 4 half days
Children with Special Needs
The St. Vrain Valley School District has contracted with the Tiny Tim Center to educate children (ages 3 and 4) with Individual Educational Plans (IEPs). Following an initial evaluation with Child Find through the school district, a staffing meeting is held, at which time program placement is determined. If the IEP team determines that the Tiny Tim Center is an appropriate placement, we are notified of the pending enrollment.
There is no fee for families of children with whom we have a school district contract for services.
It is possible for other surrounding school districts to contract with the Tiny Tim Center. This is determined by the IEP team with that district.
If the family of a child with an IEP would like their child to attend the Tiny Tim Center, but the IEP team has made a different placement recommendation, the family can purchase a "special needs" slot for their child. Tuition fees are based on the child's individual needs.
Colorado Preschool Program
The Tiny Tim Center has a contract with the St. Vrain Valley School District for children who qualify for Colorado Preschool Program funding. Families apply for this funding through Child Find with the school district. Children must be 4 years of age by September 30, not have an IEP, and meet free and reduced lunch income guidelines. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
The Tiny Tim Center has a limited number of openings for families in need of financial assistance. These funds are solicited through annual grant writing and thus the availability of slots is determined on an annual basis. Eligibility for this program is based on income and other at-risk factors.
