Executive Director
Make a difference in the lives of children in our community……The Tiny Tim Center (TTTC) seeks a visionary leader to assume the role of Executive Director for our non-profit organization located in Longmont, Colorado.  TTTC has been providing early childhood education and therapeutic services to children in our community for over 50 years.  Originally focused on serving children with special needs, we now offer programs to help all children reach their full potential.

The Executive Director, reporting to the Board of Directors, is the chief executive officer responsible for overall operations -- including finance, human resources, and marketing/public relations – as well as for advocating for our mission, and representing TTTC in the community at large.  In addition to leading development efforts, the executive director also evaluates community needs and is expected to develop and implement services that are financially supportable and that further TTTC’s mission and strategic plan.

Qualified individuals will have exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to relate equally well to children, parents, staff, and community leaders.  Education requirements are an undergraduate degree in a related human services discipline (early childhood education a plus) and a graduate degree (preferred) in non-profit management, business, or a related area.  We also require a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role with accountability for financial and personnel issues.

In return, we offer a competitive compensation package, medical benefits, and a generous paid time off policy.  To apply, please forward your resume, with compensation expectations, to: search@tinytimcenter.org.  Equal Opportunity Employer
