The Tiny Tim Center is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board includes 15-17 local community members whose primary responsibility is to be the fiscal stewards of the Tiny Tim Center. A long range strategic plan identifies the strategies and goals that lay the foundation for annual action plans developed by the following committees: executive, nominating, fundraising, marketing, personnel, program, and finance.
The general operation of The Tiny Tim Center is overseen by an Executive Director. The Director oversees the educational and therapeutic services of the Center with the support of Coordinators in each of these areas.
Fundraising (including grant writing, overseeing fundraising events, public awareness and marketing efforts) is done through our Development Manager.
All financial aspects of the organization are overseen by the finance committee with a contracted bookkeeper and all financials are audited annually by a Certified Public Accountant.
Direct Service staff (teachers, therapists and teaching assistants) are responsible for the delivery of early childhood services and pediatric therapy to children with and without special needs.
